Mentor & Protégé Program

CREW Atlanta's mission is to influence the success of the commercial real estate industry by advancing the achievements of its members. CREW Atlanta helps implement this by providing a mentor program. This 12-month mentor program aims to support aspiring CREW members and sponsors as well as experts in the industry wanting to give back.

Mentoring is a vital component when trying to retain diverse talent, research finds. And while there are obvious benefits for the mentee, there may also be benefits for the mentor. A study found that women and minorities were more likely to say that mentoring was an important aspect of their career.

When done right, mentoring is an invaluable tool for creating more inclusive, equitable and culturally competent workplaces.

CREW Atlanta’s model is basic - pairing both a protege and a seasoned real estate professional's unique capabilities, goals, and strengths with one another.


Who can apply? 
As a CREW member or sponsor, you can apply to become a mentor or a protege. To participate as a protege, you may be non-CREW member.

What is the time commitment?
The Mentor Program requires a time commitment of 12 months. During this time period, the mentor and protege will set up a mutually agreed upon communication timeline. In addition, events specifically for mentors and proteges will be held throughout the year.
