Hartman Simons-Brand Ambassador

Our current opening is for an ambitious Brand Ambassador to help drive business development for the firm. You will be involved in increasing brand awareness by promoting our legal services. A successful candidate would be proactive, forward thinking, creative and personable.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Digital Platform Expertise (i.e.: Social media, web, etc.)
  • Self-starter with minimal direction needed
  • Confident – not afraid to speak-up with ideas and questions
  • Detail oriented
  • Creative thinker – ability to make suggestions and come up with new ideas
  • Energetic and eager for knowledge and success
  • Proactive and responsive
  • Team player
  • Friendly and able to get along with co-workers in a fun work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3 – 4 years of marketing experience (corporate experience preferred)
  • Commercial Real Estate experience is a bonus
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks

Responsibilities will include:

  • Expanding our visibility through social media platforms
  • Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals
  • Working closely with attorneys to expand their individual practice area
  • Managing website and social media activity in order to drive awareness to the firm
  • Tracking marketing campaigns, events, and marketing budget
  • Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times
  • Being creative with business development campaigns
  • Coordinate and manage various marketing events
