ACE Committee (Advanced CREW Experience)
CREW is committed to fostering ownership and wealth-building opportunities for its members. The ACE committee’s mission is to promote member-to-member relationships and networking opportunities with value added, unique event experiences. ACE members plan and coordinate members only events each year that tie into the commercial real estate arena.
Meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of each month from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm. Please contact the Co-Chairs for additional information.
The Communications Committee functions as a marketing and communications powerhouse behind CREW Atlanta and is focused on enhancing the image and credibility of the organization. As one of the largest committees, the Communications Committee positions CREW Atlanta and its members in a positive and professional manner through a network of communication tools including; social media, public relations, website, and the solicitation and creation of articles for the CREW Atlanta Blog. The annual CREW In Review publication is created by the committee.

Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month.
CREW Network Liaison Committee
The Network Committee increases members' awareness of the benefits, goals, and activities of CREW Network (Network of Commercial Real Estate Women), the global umbrella organization. The Committee is chaired by one of the two Delegates to CREW Network. CREW Atlanta maintains high visibility in CREW Network by participation at annual conventions and regional conferences, submitting articles to CREW Atlanta’s Blog and CREW Network newsletters, as well as promoting its delegates as potential CREW Network Directors. Each year the Committee reviews opportunities to present a program at the annual convention and solicits nominees for CREW Network's awards. Committee members may be asked to serve (if necessary) on a CREW Network committee or special task force. It is highly recommended that committee members attend CREW Network Leadership Summits and the annual convention. Other programs rolled out by this committee include e-Mentoring and UCREW which is a university outreach to real estate students.
Meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of every other month.
The Leadership Committee is responsible for organizing and orchestrating Leadership CREW class comprised of approximately 25-30 CREW members on a bi-yearly basis. Every even year, the mission of Leadership CREW is to provide an opportunity for the members of CREW to examine issues affecting their roles and advancement in organizations and to shape strategies for their development as individuals, professionals, and leaders. The program runs for one year and entails class members participating in monthly half-day or whole day leadership classes featuring dynamic speakers who focus on all areas of professional and personal growth topics. The Leadership Committee holds a planning year on the odd years to establish the new Leadership CREW class and the next Leadership CREW class will begin January of 2018. The Leadership Committee is also charged with the task of planning and conducting Alumnae Events for graduates of Leadership CREW. These formal and informal alumnae gatherings throughout the year foster additional networking and leadership. You must be a CREW Leadership alumni to participate on this committee.
Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month.
The Membership Committee focuses on growing, strengthening, and engaging the membership of CREW Atlanta. This Committee is pro-active in its recruitment of new members as well as the retention of CREW’s existing members.
Membership coordinates multiple events throughout the year to promote CREW’s recruitment and retention efforts, including: Prospective Member Mixers, New Member events, CREW Committee Expos, CREW CARES initiative, which acknowledges members coping with difficulties or major life events in an equitable, caring, and professional manner, Wine & Writes to send cards to members for birthdays and anniversaries, CREW Connects, which hosts regular small groups for members to network throughout various submarkets. In addition, the Membership Committee facilitates the Renewal and Retention process and coordinates volunteers for the CREW monthly luncheons to greet new members and guests.
The Membership Committee is one of the largest committees and meets quarterly as a group. Sub-committees assigned to each task meet regularly throughout the year according to their scheduled events.

The Programs Committee works to develop and deliver monthly programs on educational, timely and informative topics. Current topics, dynamic speakers and the chance to feature women in real estate result in programs that stimulate, inform, and inspire both members and guests.
Each year, the programs committee brainstorms topics, speakers and locations for meetings. Specific tasks include developing the program idea, securing and briefing speakers; determining the location and providing information for communication and marketing materials.
Committee members form subcommittees for each individual luncheon program. Subcommittees are responsible for obtaining speakers, gathering speaker(s) contact information and bio, coordinating all logistics and AV requirements, and writing the program summary.
Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at JLL, 3344 Peachtree Road NE, Suite 1100, Atlanta, GA 30326.

The Awards Committee’s mission is to recognize the accomplishments and achievements of the Atlanta chapter members related to elevation and promotion of women within the commercial real estate industry and community at large.
These objectives are accomplished through publishing monthly member accolades, creating annual chapter awards, developing an annual awards recognition event and the solicitation and management of nominations for local and national CREW and community awards.
Meetings are held the 1st Wednesday of the month.
The social committee coordinates events for CREW Atlanta that are fun and bring lots of CREW Members and non-CREW Members together for networking. The social events range from black-tie events to business casual events that are held throughout the year. Additionally, the social events are intended to create awareness of CREW and to give back to charitable organizations chosen by CREW. These social events include the Annual Golf Tournament, 2017 Gala event, Wine Tasting and Silent Auction, Dine-Arounds, and Habitat for Humanity. So if you would like to work with a group to plan events and to participate in the events, this is the committee for you!

The Education Committee provides opportunities for members to learn fundamental career skills as well as knowledge specific to the commercial real estate industry via educational programs.
